Straight answers before you commit
Do you plow residential driveways?
No. This service is commercial only. Our routes and equipment are built around businesses, lots and managed properties, which is how we keep response times tight for the clients on them. If you're looking for a residential driveway, we're not the right fit.
Will the lot be clear before we open?
That's the whole point. We build the route around your opening hours and we monitor conditions 24 hours a day, so clearing starts on the storm's schedule rather than after someone calls us. Tell us what time your doors open and your staff arrive, and we plan backwards from there.
What areas do you cover?
West Grey, Hanover and Mount Forest are the core of our commercial routes, along with Durham, Neustadt, Ayton, Elmwood, Holstein, Priceville, Dornoch, Markdale, Chesley, Walkerton, Harriston, Palmerston, Clifford and Arthur. If your property sits just outside that, ask — proximity to an existing route matters more than the town name.
Can you handle the sidewalks and salting too, or just the lot?
Both, and we'd rather do both. Splitting a property between a plow contractor and whoever handles the walkways is where things get missed — usually at the entrance, which is exactly where the risk is. We scope plowing, sidewalks and ice control together.
How do I get a price?
Send the form or call, and we'll arrange a site visit. Lot size, stacking room, access and how much salting the surfaces need all change the number, so we look at the property before we quote rather than guessing from a map.
How late in the season can we sign on?
We plan routes ahead of the season, so earlier is better — it's the difference between a considered plan and a scramble. That said, if you've been let down mid-winter, call. We'll tell you straight away whether we have room on the route.
